Former Raiders DB Lionel Washington brought on board as defensive backs coach.

Washington, who played cornerback for the Raiders for nine seasons, worked in Green Bay for the past 10 years as an assistant defensive backs coach. Along with hiring Washington on Monday, the team also announced that Kelly Skipper would be coaching the running backs this season. Skipper, the former FSU running back, was the Raiders' tight ends coach in 2008.
